We come to you with sacks and a scale, collect all the material, weigh it in front of you so you can confirm the quantity, and shred it at our plant in complete confidence. The shredded paper goes to a compactor and on to recycling. Full details are on the document shredding services page.
What material do you shred?
Paper of every kind, binders, folders and account books, cheques and credit cards, X-ray films from dental and general clinics, and discs, magnetic media and hard drives. We also clear out office material that is simply headed for the bin.
How much does document shredding cost?
The price is set by weight, in bands, before VAT: up to 200 kg is 6.5 NIS per kg, 201 to 500 kg is 6.0 NIS per kg, and 501 kg and above is 5.5 NIS per kg. Material on a floor with no lift is 7.80 NIS per kg, plus 1 NIS for each floor. For example, 550 kg comes to 3,375 NIS.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Collection starts at 650 NIS before VAT. For a smaller quantity you can bring the material to our plant at 70 Shtulim Street, Tel Aviv, at 7.80 NIS per kg with a 200 NIS minimum before VAT. Bringing it yourself has one advantage: you can be present while it is shredded.
How do you guarantee confidentiality?
Three ways. A written undertaking to shred in complete confidence is issued when we take the material. You may send a representative of your own to be present at the shredding. And for customers whose material was collected from their office, we film the shredding. Material we collected has never turned up in the street.
What paperwork do I get?
An undertaking to shred in complete confidence, issued when the material is collected. A receipt, issued with payment. And a confirmation that the material was shredded, issued on request after the job.
Do I need to strip binders and remove staples?
No. There is no need to take binders apart or pull out plastic sleeves, staples and clips. Our staff do that and it is included in the price, as is collecting the material into sacks we bring. The material can be in cardboard boxes, sacks, binders, folders, on shelves or loose.
Yes. Because we are the manufacturer, we also build non-standard machines to order. We have built shredders for mattresses, metal, straw, waste and containers.
What warranty comes with your shredders?
If a shredder of our making is put out of service within 10 years of purchase, you get a new machine immediately. Blades are covered with no time limit. We are the only company in Israel or anywhere else that makes that commitment.
Can I trade up to a bigger model?
Yes. If you bought your shredder from us and the business has outgrown it, we credit the old model at the price you paid, whatever condition it is in, and you pay only the difference.
Do you have second-hand shredders in stock?
Sometimes, so it is worth asking first. A second-hand shredder is fully refurbished here, so it comes with a three-year warranty on the whole machine and blade cover with no time limit.
Do you repair other makes of shredder?
Yes, we offer repairs for every type of shredder. Our technicians are local and prices are set in shekels, so there is no flying a technician in from abroad and no paying in foreign currency.
