We arrive with sacks and collect it at no extra charge. 3. **We weigh it in front of you.** We bring scales, and you and our representative agree the weight on the spot. 4. **We shred at our plant in complete confidence.** You are welcome to send someone to watch the shredding. For customers whose material was collected from their office, we film the shredding. 5. **We recycle.** The shredded material goes to a compactor and on to recycling, because we are mindful of the environmental cost. ## What you get in writing - **A written undertaking to shred in complete confidence** – issued when the material is collected. - **A receipt** – issued with payment. - **Confirmation that the material was shredded** – issued on request after shredding. ## Price list Prices are set by the weight of the material, in bands. Prices start from these rates and do not include VAT.
