# Paper and document collection and shredding

This is our core service: collecting paperwork and documents from your office and destroying them by shredding at our plant. It suits every kind of paperwork, from everyday correspondence to an old archive that has to be cleared.

We shred every collection in complete confidence, and in all our years no material we collected has ever been reported found in the street.

## What we shred

- Paper of every kind
- Binders, folders and accounting ledgers
- Cheques and credit cards
- X-ray film from dental and medical clinics
- Discs, magnetic media and hard drives

**New:** alongside paperwork for shredding, we also clear offices of material headed for disposal.

## How it works

1. **Call and book.** We usually arrive right away.
2. **We collect.** We take the material however it is packed: cardboard boxes, sacks, binders, folders, on shelves or loose. We arrive with sacks and collect it at no extra charge.
3. **We weigh it in front of you.** We bring scales, and you and our representative agree the weight on the spot.
4. **We shred at our plant in complete confidence.** You are welcome to send someone to watch the shredding. For customers whose material was collected from their office, we film the shredding.
5. **We recycle.** The shredded material goes to a compactor and on to recycling, because we are mindful of the environmental cost.

## What you get in writing

- **A written undertaking to shred in complete confidence** – issued when the material is collected.
- **A receipt** – issued with payment.
- **Confirmation that the material was shredded** – issued on request after shredding.

## Price list

Prices are set by the weight of the material, in bands. Prices start from these rates and do not include VAT.

**Have a smaller quantity?** You can bring the material to our plant at ₪7.80 per kg, with a minimum order of ₪200 before VAT. The advantage: you can be present while it is shredded.

**You do not need to take binders apart or remove plastic sleeves, staples or clips.** Our staff do all of that, and it is included in the price, as is collecting the material in the sacks we bring.

## Payment terms

Cash, bank transfer, cheque, credit card or Bit (the Israeli payment app). All prices are before VAT.

### Is the shredding done at my office or at yours?

The material is collected and shredded at our plant. You can send your own representative to watch, and for customers whose material was collected from their office we film the shredding.

Our arrival time is usually immediate.
